By scheduling and participating in an Akashic Records reading with Kimberly, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Spiritual Nature of the Service

Akashic Records readings are intuitive and spiritual in nature. They are offered as a tool for self-exploration, clarity, and energetic insight. Kimberly does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and her services are not a replacement for professional guidance in these areas.

2. Client Responsibility

You understand that you are fully responsible for your own mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after the session. All decisions and actions taken as a result of the reading are your own.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or participate in a session. By proceeding, you affirm that you meet this requirement and are engaging of your own free will.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during your session will be treated as confidential. Kimberly does not record or share sessions unless explicitly requested or permitted by you, the client.

5. Session Recordings

If a recording is provided, it is for your personal use only and may not be shared publicly, published, or distributed without written consent.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable or subject to a fee at Kimberly’s discretion.
No-shows will not be refunded.

7. Payment & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of booking.
Readings are non-refundable once delivered.
Kimberly reserves the right to decline service or issue a refund at her discretion if she feels the session is not aligned.

8. Energy Ethics

Kimberly approaches each session with integrity, care, and respect for your energetic boundaries. She will never conduct a reading on another person without their direct consent.

9. Modifications to Terms
