Refund Policy

Kimberly offers her time, energy, and intuitive connection with great care and reverence. Due to the nature of this work, the following refund policy applies:

1. No Refunds After Session Delivery

Once a session has been completed—whether live or recorded—it is considered delivered and non-refundable. Time, energy, and spiritual preparation are invested before and during the session, and refunds will not be granted based on personal satisfaction with the outcome or interpretation.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before your scheduled session may be refunded in full or applied as credit toward a future session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but Kimberly may offer one-time rescheduling at her discretion.

• No-shows (without prior notice) are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

3. Technical Issues or Emergencies

If an unforeseen technical issue or emergency arises on Kimberly’s end, you will be offered:

• A full reschedule at no cost, or

• A full refund, based on your preference.

4. Refund Requests

All refund or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
